Client Solutions Manager

Michelle Cummings is the Client Solutions Manager for CUSOURCE Credit Union Knowledge Network—a newly created role in 2010. In this role, Michelle is responsible for leading the National Client Solutions and Events teams. This involves overseeing both the day-to-day client support functions and the long-term client solutions strategy, while also working closely with the business development team to ensure that the training and development needs of our clients are met.
 
During her 15 plus years within the credit union system, Michelle is known for her ability to foster solid client relationships in both the branch and corporate environments. While at Credit Union Atlantic, she held various positions including Commercial Account Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining CUSOURCE Knowledge Network, Michelle was most recently the Senior Human Resources Associate with Patheon Inc.
 
Committed to life-long learning, Michelle obtained her Certificate in Human Resource Management from St. Mary’s University and her Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University. Additionally, she is an Associate of the Credit Union Institute of Canada (ACUIC) and holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
