Janet Toner
Account Manager

Janet Toner is an Account Manager at CUSOURCE Credit Union Knowledge Network, a position she’s held since 2008. In this role, she is responsible for assisting credit unions and their board of directors to achieve their learning and development goals. Her creative and innovative solutions experience allows her to quickly spot and support credit union’s unique training and development needs.
With over 14 years of credit union system experience, Janet has held various management positions with increased responsibility. She has led training and development initiatives at the frontline/member service level for the past 13 years. Prior to joining CUSOURCE Knowledge Network, Janet held the position of Director, Guest Experience at a large Halifax Hotel chain. She also was the Manager of Marketing at Heritage Credit Union.
Janet is working towards her Associate of the Credit Union Institute of Canada (ACUIC) and Accredited Canadian Credit Union Director (ACCUD) designations through CUSOURCE Knowledge Network. She is the board Vice Chair for SHYM - Supportive Housing for Young Mothers, a housing unit for young at risk mothers and their children in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. Janet also supports Junior Achievement by delivering Our Business World and The Economics of Success programs in local schools.
