Cheryl Byrne
Chief Executive Officer
Cheryl Byrne is Chief Executive Officer of CUSOURCE Credit Union Knowledge Network, a position she has held since 2002. Cheryl concurrently holds the position of Vice President, Knowledge Services for Credit Union Central of Canada, a national trade association for the Canadian credit union system. With this dual role, she is responsible for the strategic development and oversight of national communications and information services.
Cheryl brings an expertise in strategy development, relationship management, communications and marketing to the company which is complemented by her lengthy track record as a leader and entrepreneur, demonstrating expertise building internal teams and external partnerships. Cheryl’s career has provided her with positions of organizational leadership in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining CUSOURCE Knowledge Network, Cheryl was Vice President of the Electronic Commerce Council of Canada.
Cheryl has a Masters in Business Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta.
