Rosemary Holmes

Manager, Strategic Solutions, Central1 Credit Union

Rosemary has led the Central1 Strategic Solutions team for the past five years.  She has extensive experience in theory and practice of strategic and operational planning.  Prior to joining Central1, Rosemary was the Director, Strategic and Corporate Planning at Vancouver City Savings Credit Union (Vancity).  In this role, she supported the development of Vancity’s long-term strategic plan, coordinated the integration with the annual plan and budget and the development of a number of business line strategies (e.g., wealth management, relationship building). 

Since joining Central1, Rosemary has assisted credit unions of all sizes develop their strategic directions and plans. She has provided reviews of environmental trends and implications and helped with branch network planning, business cases and market opportunity assessments. Rosemary and her Central1 team provide consulting services to credit unions for developing and achieving their strategic, operational directions and objectives.
