Dale is a respected credit union consultant, accredited facilitator and highly successful coach and mentor. He has over 25 years of experience in all levels of retail banking including risk management consultation and operates his own consulting firm, Dale Boisclair Consulting. Dale has a keen eye for identifying organizational gaps and provides comprehensive best business practice solutions to his clients. His motivating presentations inspire and captivate audiences across Canada. He is a self-proclaimed enthusiast and dedicated professional.
Dale is an advocate for professional development and is constantly attending courses to polish and upgrade his certifications. He is an avid participant of courses offered through Credit Union Institute of Canada including Advanced Mortgage Lending, Credit Union Financial Management, Basic Commercial Credit and Credit Union Law and Documents. Dale has Train the Trainer Certification from both Vancouver Community College and Central 1 Credit Union (formally, Credit Union Central of British Columbia).
Dale is a passionate community leader who believes in making a difference. His consulting company donates 5 per cent of its net earnings to the Canadian Co-operative Association in support of the association's overseas development work in the co-operative sector. In his spare time, Dale can often be found overseas working as a volunteer within the co-operative sector.
Dale holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Canterbury University and is an Associate in the Institute of Canadian Bankers. He has a Life License Qualification through Advocis and a Provincial Instructors Diploma with a Post Secondary Endorsement from Vancouver Community College’s School of Instructor Education.
