Exceptional Training Starts with Exceptional Faculty

The credit union focused high-level of training delivered through CUSOURCE Knowledge Network is only made possible by utilizing a faculty composed of talented and broadly experienced practitioners. As with any academic focused institution, the quality of faculty is paramount to the success of their training and at CUSOURCE Knowledge Network we pride ourselves in having talented and dedicated thought leaders on our team.

Our faculty is comprised of a superior group of practitioners and educators who are all well respected in their fields. Working as credit union professionals, consultants, or industry-based experts each faculty member brings a unique combination of experience, education and expertise to the classroom. Recognizing that each area of training requires a specific blend of academic and professional experience we go beyond this criteria and ensure our facilitators combine their subject knowledge with regional specific regulations and have a political familiarity of the region and or credit union where they are training. Faculty members are selected first on a set of criteria unique to each subject area and are then matched to the region. This formula makes for happier facilitators and students and for better overall transfer and retention of knowledge.
