About Us
CUSOURCE Credit Union Knowledge Network (CUSOURCE Knowledge Network) is a not-for-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of Credit Union Central of Canada that provides learning and development solutions to the Canadian credit union system.
Our mission is to create knowledge-based competitive advantage for credit unions.
Our Beginning
CUSOURCE Credit Union Knowledge Network (CUSOURCE Knowledge Network) started as a dream to form a national learning organization. A defined set of learning and business goals were approved at the 2002 Canadian Conference formalizing that Credit Union Central of Canada, the provincial centrals, strategic partners and individual credit unions actively supported the creation of a national learning organization. The company's virtual doors opened in September 2003 and the journey began for CUSOURCE Knowledge Network, a dynamic national learning organization positioned to deliver learning and development solutions to the Canadian credit union system.
Where We are Today
CUSOURCE Knowledge Network remains as a system-wide project and is fully accountable to the Canadian credit unions. Now strongly positioned as a deliverer of foundational training solutions, CUSOURCE Knowledge Network is using its operational experience gained since 2003 to continuously enhance its learning and development solutions for Canadian credit unions.
Looking Forward
CUSOURCE Knowledge Network is positioned to remain the preferred strategic partner for learning and development within the credit union system by actively engaging its clients and focusing on building solid credit union specific content that creates a knowledge-based competitive advantage for credit unions.
